WARRANTY POLICY
The following are covered by the warranty:
Airtrick e-skates provides 12 months warranty for E-SKATE and 3 months warranty for parts （*when customers buy the parts separately) which starts from the day the package is delivered to customers.
FYI, All defects caused by the E-SKATE itself, such as the motor does not work, the ESC cannot be paired with the remote control, cannot be started, etc., are covered by the warranty. We would exchange the defective accessory with functionally equivalent ones which are equivalent to the original parts in performance and reliability.
Our after-sales maintenance service is being improved, for the time being, we only provide auxiliary maintenance: we determine the cause of failure according to the video provided by the customer, and provide the customer with replaceable parts according to the following warranty coverage, and the customer repairs independently according to the instructional video or 1V1 online support.
Include:

(2) ESC
(3) Battery
(4) Remote
(5) Charger
Please kindly be reminded your pictures or test video is a must for us to arrange accessory replacement under warranty.
The following are not covered by the warranty:
1. Warranty does not cover easy-broken parts,Including but not limited to: such as Front wheels, Frames, Straps, Motor tire, Stopper, Buckle ,Foot pad ,Battery box and Ankle support.
2. The warranty excludes the damage caused by artificial damage, such as damage from violence, modifications, unauthorized repairs and failure to follow the instructions in the user manual, damage caused by negligence, including using the battery for a long time with high power but not timely charging, or other damage caused by abuse.
3. Both models are rated IPX6 under specified test conditions. IPX6 does not permit riding in rain/wet conditions, puddles, immersion, washing, or charging while damp. Water ingress/damage caused by prohibited use is not covered.
4. AIRTRICK doesn't support any transactions and resold E-SKATE. Warranty is only available to the original purchaser. The second hand is not covered under warranty.
5. As shipping and importing a AIRTRICK E-SKATE from overseas back to China is much more costly, we don't provide returns for AIRTRICK E-SKATE delivered.
6. Warranty does not include resending a new E-SKATE, we only provide a replacement for broken parts.
Returns and Refunds

REFUND
1. Generally, you can cancel your order and get a refund only when the products are not shipped yet.
2. And you need to email airtrick@airtrick.top, and we will refund you very fast.
3. Refunds are subject to an 8% handling fee (charged by PayPal / Stripe), so you will receive 92% of your order value.

Our prices may change from time to time due to limited-time promotions, seasonal campaigns, product updates, inventory availability, or special offers.
The price charged for your order is the price shown at checkout when your payment is completed. Promotional prices, discount codes, bundle offers, flash sales, and future price reductions do not apply retroactively to previous orders.
Price adjustments, partial refunds, or refunds based solely on a later promotion or lower price are not provided, unless a specific promotion explicitly states that price protection applies.
All promotions are subject to their stated terms, availability, and end date. Promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
